Our Data, Candidate Data, and Submissions to Clients
What happens when a candidate sends a resume?
First, we assess their background to determine if their skill set represents any current searches. If so, we’ll call and talk in more detail. If not, we do our best to let the candidate know, either via phone or email.
Regardless, the resume gets entered in our custom-developed software, designed specifically for our specialty markets. This assures the information will come up when we receive priority opportunities.
Can just anyone access this highly sensitive information? No. Simply, we do not share candidate or client information with anyone outside of PSC. Unless of course, we receive permission to do so.
Resumes don’t get sent to clients until:
We assess the candidate’s skills;
There is interest shown in the opportunity; and
The candidate says “Ooh, sounds great! Send it over!”
This assures candidate information is kept confidential and clients receive paperwork only after an individual has been pre-qualified.
